Model PL500PC

The PL500PC is an automatic sealing machine for pre-cut aluminum foil or plastic film, which centers the arriving cups, trays or tubs, than heat seals them.

Mainly use for food packing/packaging, our preset sealing heads and location plates allow you to use the machine to seal many different shapes of containers. Changeover can be done by the operator in less than 10 minutes.  It can be used to all types of sealable containers.

This automatic heat sealing machine, can be installed on all our cupfilling/packing/packaging line.
Best way to insure product integrity and at the same time increases shelf life, it is particularly well adapted for food packing/packaging.
