FDS Series Automatic Packaging Lines

The FDS Series are automatic filling lines designed for filling / packing / packaging your food products containers.  It dispenses automatically retail type containers like plastic cup, tub, tray or bucket, bring them to the filling position, activates the optional cup sealing machine, (see our PL500), bring the containers under the lid or over-cap depositor unit, and then under the closing unit.

Those food packing / packaging machines can fill either liquid, dry, viscous  or sticky products. Built for retail type open mouth containers, its versatility allows you to fill on the same machine many different shapes ( round, square, oval) and size containers either in plastic, paperboard, aluminum, etc.

Base packaging line, allow you to fill and close regular or tamper evident containers.  Adding a plastic film automatic heat sealing machine (PL500) allow you, still on the same line to use sealable containers, with or without an over-cap.

Set up time take about 20 minutes.  When required, pre-adjusted tooling for a new container shape or size  can be bought for a nominal cost allowing you to introduce at will  new SKU to stay on top of the market.

FDS Packaging Lines With Roll-Stock Film

Mainly use for food packing/packaging, PL500 preset sealing heads and location plates allow you to use the machine to seal many different shapes of containers. Changeover can be done by the operator in less than 10 minutes.  It can be used with all types of sealable plastic containers.  It works as well with paperboard or aluminium containers.

Our FDS cup filling machine lines is designed for filling / packing / packaging your food products containers.  It dispenses automatically retail type containers like plastic cup, tub, tray or bucket, bring them to the filling position, activates the optional cup sealing machine for precut foil (see our PL500PC), bring the containers under the lid or over-cap depositor unit, and then under the closing unit.

FDS Packaging Lines With Gas Flush

Our location plate can be use to form a pocket around the container, allowing a no vacuum MAP system.  The sealing pressure is high enough to seal wide lip PET container with the required seal strength for HPP machine. (Resist to a vacuum corresponding to22in of mercury)
