DVP2000D Auger Volumetric Piston Filler
The DVP2000D is a highly specialized Auger-Fed Double Volumetric Depositor (Piston Filler), specifically designed for the filling of raw vegetables (such as sauerkraut, kimchi, coleslaw), legumes, grains, and pasta-based prepared salads. When we feed this depositor’s hopper with our liquid removing auger conveyor, we use two screws install in the bottom of the hopper to feed and compress the product in the volumetric chambers to get an acceptable accuracy.
Advanced Filling Technology with:
- Dual Volumetric Piston Design:
The machine uses two feeding screws located at the bottom of the hopper to move products into the expanding cavities of two volumetric chambers, each with its own piston. This ensures a precise and consistent fill. - Efficient Dispensing System:
Once the cavities are filled to the selected volume, two directional valves redirect the product into dispensing valves located over the containers. The dispensing valves cut through any leftover food strings, preventing jams and allowing for clean, uninterrupted fill cycles.
Hot and Cold Product Capability:
The DVP2000D is capable of filling both hot and cold products, making it versatile for a wide range of food processing needs.
